What a place this is . Ignore silly reviews about car Matts and a bit of dog hair. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. Px values were fair and they delivered the vehicle to our house. They even paid my private reg £80 fee. Lovely touch. Keep doing what you're doing and ignore the haters.

Amazing amazing service from Chris at House of Cars! Came all the way from London to pick up a £100k BMW X7 from him and was done in less than an hour!

Prior to me picking up the car and at my request, he took the car to his local BMW who then separately provided me with a video health check on the status of the car, he answered my many many questions, provided all the documentation to do all checks I needed and even picked me from the train station when I arrived! He even recommended me a guy who in the end came to his dealership and was able to fit a tracker and immobiliser prior to my arrival.

Also he was super honest and told me the wheels had some minor scratches (this was without me asking!) due to the previous owner curbing them (he showed me the pictures) and took them to a local garage to refurbish them (at no cost to me) such that when I got there, they looked brand new!

This was my first luxury car purchase (never spent so much money on a car before) and the whole process and experience was super smooth and made me feel very comfortable! Chris is the real deal and I would not hesitate to buy my next car from him!

The whole process of purchasing my car from House of Cars was very easy , relaxed and exciting. Marc made the buying process very clear from the first time we met and I visited 3 times to have a chat with him , where he spent enough quality time to talk us about the car. He offered a test drive of the car and my wife and I enjoyed a good 30 minutes driving it through the country side. Marc further assured us that the transfer of the vehicle, paperwork and taxing of the car would be very quick and easy which he did for us once we made a decision to buy. I am really pleased with the car , the ease in which we bought it, and was also impressed by the number of other prestige cars on sale. I would certainly recommend them to other potential buyers.

No hesitation from the sales man to hand over the keys for a test drive of the car, and unlike most dealerships, he did not insist on coming along. I was offered the Autotrader recommended price for my vehicle in PX. The online review of the car was honest and the car immaculate. The car was ready to collect within a couple of days. 12 month MOT included in the sale price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience when purchasing a vehicle!
